Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering or using any part of the spa9i platform — whether via web browser or mobile app — you are legally agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and spa9i as the platform operator. spa9i reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local Malaysian law from participating in online betting activities.

Account Creation & Security

To use spa9i's full services, you'll need to register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address and active phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances frozen pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. spa9i will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a spa9i user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to access or manipulate the platform without authorisation.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
  • Posting offensive, harassing or harmful content targeting other users through any communication channel on the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with the security systems or integrity of the spa9i platform.

Spa9i reserves the right to take appropriate action — including suspending or closing accounts, withholding involved funds and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities — if any of the above prohibitions are violated.

Payment & Transaction Information MYR

All transactions on the spa9i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets and other methods listed in the Payment section of your account.

Spa9i does not guarantee the availability of any payment method at all times and reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment methods without prior notice. All deposits are subject to identity verification before processing.

For withdrawal requests, the name on your bank account must exactly match the name registered on your spa9i account. spa9i reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times range from one to four business days depending on the chosen method and verification requirements. spa9i is not liable for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Any attempt to launder funds obtained through unlawful means via this platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Spa9i provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times, free from technical disruptions or entirely error-free. spa9i is not liable for any financial losses, data loss or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform.

All content on the spa9i platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text and software code — is the intellectual property of spa9i or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or use any such content without prior written consent from spa9i.

This platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. spa9i does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

Account Policy, Suspension & Applicable Law

Spa9i reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, illegal activity or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. In such cases, spa9i will conduct an internal investigation and reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is concluded.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the spa9i customer support team through the available channels. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once full identity verification has been completed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. For any enquiries regarding these terms, you may reach us via the support email address listed on the About Us or check FAQ for further guidance.
